Filament is hiring a Sales & Commercial Lead to own new business growth and help scale a proven sales motion in the YouTube media quality space. This remote role is ideal for a digital media sales professional with brand-side relationships, strong closing experience, and the ability to create consistent opportunities, move deals forward, and turn interest into annual commitments.
Laura’s take: This is a great opportunity for someone that has worked inside an advertising agency, or has SAAS Sales experience. You’d be sitting in the first sales seat post founder sales so being flexible and nimble and ready to “WEAR” hats is going to be important. Great Non Messy company, experienced founders.
Will consider business development experts from other industries, BUT, be willing to share your history of sales, and war stories.

Salary: $140K - $160K + 0.4% - 1.0% equity

This onsite role is for a strategic operator with founder or high-growth VC-backed experience, deep political fluency, and strong GTM systems expertise. The role owns political intelligence, GTM operations infrastructure, high-impact events, partner and government relationships, financial operations, and strategic projects across sales, partnerships, and operations.
Laura’s take: While this role has COS in the title, we feel it leans heavier on the operations and gtm side of things. If you’re strong in those areas but don’t have COS in your resume, you should still apply. If you have political experience, and are a COS but are not as strong on the automations / ai side > still apply.
